801 Swap Meet (El Suami del 801)

Salt Lake City’s largest and most active community swap meet, established after the Redwood Drive-In Swap Meet closed in December 2024. Operated inside the large warehouse-style 801 Convention Center, the market features over 300 vendors selling tools, clothing, toys, produce, household goods, electronics, and more — primarily serving Salt Lake City’s Latino community. Live music (Latin music) on Saturday evenings. Plans to remain year-round and expand vendor count toward 700+. Over 5,000 visitors per Sunday.

Kilby Block Party 2027

Kilby Block Party 2027 has not been officially announced but is a strongly recurring annual event held every May at the Utah State Fairpark. Based on the trajectory of the festival (25k+ daily attendance in 2025, sold-out VIP in 2026), 2027 is expected to continue and potentially expand.

Twilight Concert Series 2026 (SLC)

The SLC Twilight Concert Series is one of Utah’s most beloved and long-running outdoor summer concert traditions, presented by the Salt Lake City Arts Council and S&S Presents. In its 38th year in 2025, the series features nationally recognized and local artists at The Gallivan Center and Library Square in downtown Salt Lake City. 2025 headliners included Earthgang, Sierra Ferrell, Waxahatchee, Mt. Joy, Japanese Breakfast, and Big Thief. 2026 lineup not yet announced as of April 2026 (typically announced by May).

Breakaway Music Festival Utah 2026

Breakaway Music Festival makes its Utah debut on October 2–3, 2026 at America First Field in Sandy. Breakaway is a national touring EDM/pop festival operating in multiple cities annually (Dallas, Philadelphia, Carolina, Utah, NorCal, Houston). Utah artists TBA. The national 2026 Breakaway lineup across other markets includes Crankdat, Excision, Gryffin, Murph, Zedd, and others.

Park City Song Summit 2026

Park City Song Summit is a unique music festival in Park City, Utah that blends intimate conversations with live music performances around themes of mental health, addiction recovery, and inclusivity. The 2026 dates are set for August 27–29 (announced on official site). Past editions featured artists like Goose (2-set performance), The Terrapin Family Band, Eric Krasno, Jennifer Hartswick, and Nicki Bluhm. Shows held at City Park Stage, Library Field, and The Marquis on Main Street Park City. Songwriters’ Porch and Foundation Stage (emerging artists) are free and open to the public.

Das Energi Festival 2026

Das Energi is one of Utah’s flagship EDM festivals held at The Great Saltair on the Great Salt Lake. For 2026 the festival expands to three days (August 7–9), its biggest edition yet. Phase 1 lineup includes Zedd, Seven Lions, Ganja White Night, Wooli, Matroda, Cloonee, Crankdat b2b Levity, and more. The festival brings together bass, house, melodic, and experimental electronic music under the tagline ‘The Current That Connects Us.’

Concerts on the Slopes 2026 (Park City)

Concerts on the Slopes transforms Canyons Village at Park City Mountain into a premier outdoor concert destination every summer with 5,000 seats and sweeping alpine views. Powered by Park City Performing Arts (Park City Institute), the 2026 season features 38 Special (July 24), Sawyer Brown (July 26), Mark Chesnutt (Aug 6), Lonestar (Aug 7), Walker Hayes (Aug 8), UB40 with Ali Campbell (Aug 14), Better Than Ezra / Vertical Horizon / Tonic (Aug 15), and Maoli (Aug 21). Classic rock, country, and reggae focus.

Utah Blues Festival 2026

Salt Lake City’s largest gathering of blues fans, the Utah Blues Festival returns for its 10th edition on June 12–13, 2026 at the Gallivan Center in downtown SLC. Features award-winning free blues workshops, unique artistic and non-profit vendors, food trucks, beer, wine, hard seltzer, and free water. Lineup includes Tab Benoit, Tommy Castro & The Painkillers, Victor Wainwright & The Train, Dwayne Dopsie & The Zydeco Hellraisers, Danielle Nicole, Ghalia Volt, Gypsy Blue Revue, Harrell ‘Young Rell’ Davenport, and more. Pre-Fest party at Marriott on June 11 (free).

Red Butte Garden Outdoor Concert Series 2026

The Red Butte Garden Outdoor Concert Series is one of Salt Lake City’s premier summer music venues, set in a stunning botanical garden amphitheater in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains at the University of Utah. The 2026 series features 31 shows with confirmed artists including The Human League with Soft Cell & Alison Moyet (June 11; sold out), KALEO with Dawes (July 12), Jesse Welles with Ratboys (Aug 14), and Ray LaMontagne with The Weather Station (Aug 23; sold out).
