Utah Pride Festival is one of Salt Lake City’s largest annual celebrations, organized by the Utah Pride Center. The festival features live entertainment, community gatherings, LGBTQ+ artisans and vendors, food, and the annual Utah Pride Parade. The parade (typically Sunday) draws an estimated 150,000 participants and spectators and steps off near West Temple. Established 1977; parade since 1990.

The festival is ticketed; the parade route is free and open to all. A related free event ‘SLC Pride at The Gateway’ also occurs in late June. March 29, 2026 pre-Pride event at Utah State Capitol 3–7pm.
